It all depends on what team you are on. Outcomes vary widely. Some reps can go years without hitting quota and still have a job, others crush it and make high 6 to low 7 figures.

Overall a sales rep or sales executive role in Accenture Canada is more into internal selling first, then external selling second. A lot of hoops and thumbs up had to be secured internally before an opportunity makes it to the internal CRM system, let alone engaging externally with a prospective or an existing client.

Network is everything, internally and externally. There is significant internal competition to sell into accounts. Without a strong network, it's hard to make a dent in established accounts where the executive relationships are already captured by long-term team members.
