I find this company will make external diversity hires. But as far as promoting from within, they will send their staff through the ringer.

Great company with great people and services. I've always been a core rep in the past and was an overlay here, so you can't go around the core reps. That was simply not where I excell and you aren't in control of your own destiny in that role. They don't assign accounts to you. It's the wild wild west continuously begging reps to let you work with them.

We have become too expensive and there are a lot more boutique firms that are competing in this same space who can move a lot quicker than we can, are more price competitive, and are closer to the client as they are usually aligned to local markets.
