I really like what the culture has been from the leadership on an interpersonal interaction basis. However, from a rep comp strategic standpoint, it has been less than desirable. Back to back years of 30% quota growth meant lower payouts to reps. It’s June 2024 now and they just sold to Integra from JnJ.
