This is the worst professional experience I have ever had. You won't get paid or have transparency into your pay. Leadership is for the most part awful. You have no onboarding and you will want to stay under the radar unless you want to be scape goat for the poor performance. My advice to Fortive would be to sell off Accruent, it's worthless and the customers are all miserable.
