Achievers has been my first SDR gig and corporate job. So far, it feels like working in a Disney high school, where everyone gets celebrated for big or small wins. I really do like it, but sometimes I wished it was less social - the kitchen feels like a bougie high school cafeteria. Overall, fantastic people, leadership, culture, and most people hit their quota.

Overall my experience was great to start but a lot of company changes and support decreased drastically. Very micromanage heavy towards end of tenure.

The culture is phenomenal. Engagement is high, people truly go out of their way to help you. When you ask a question on Teams, you immediately get a ton of helpful responses. They truly drink their own champagne.
