The job entails working as an account manager and new logo hunter, however you are barely compensated on the AM piece and new logos are nearly impossible. The quotas are unattainable (have not had a rep hit in 2 years!) Over all vision of the product is great, but they can't seem to ever have it fully ready.

My overall experience was volatile and unpredictable. Like many of these situations, the people on the ground are good people doing their best. People investing the money have a lot to answer for. Amazing that some of them are still employed.
