The company is truly struggling right now. High customer churn coupled with a new platform that isn't ready to be market competitive has led to multiple rounds of layoffs.

Very unpleasant and poor experience, not an organised business at all, takes reaching out to 8 different people to get an answer, product it self cant be demoed thus making the sales process very hard.
