Current Employee Just don’t. No product to sell. Abusive sales leadership. Sales strategy changes every few months with no success over multiple years. No leads. All they have are existing customers from a legacy service that we are raising prices on with no value in return. Constant Micromanagement to prove to upper management that “look, we’re trying.” If you are able to lie your way to a deal, you wait anxiously for the customer to realize they’ve made a horrible mistake signing with you because their is no product and no actual onboarding.
