Leadership is living in the past and selling a dream that will never exist like it did when they started 12 years ago. Benefits are not good, in office culture to ensure everyone is getting the KoolAid. They do hire good humans but if you stick around you become jaded.

They allow people cherry picking across territories. Also went 100% back to in office and lost A LOT of strong sellers due to these changes.
