Company culture is great, professional development is fantastic. Product fit in the market is sub par, too many sellers and too specialized to hit yearly goals

The industry is down due to technology improvements and access to remote talent. Leadership is living in the past and selling a dream that will never exist like it did when they started 12 years ago. Benefits are not good, in office culture to ensure everyone is getting the KoolAid. They do hire good humans but if you stick around you become jaded.
