Revenue hasn't really grown, but a lot of people have left, and there's been a noticeable dip in company culture. Quotas keep going up, comp keeps going down, and overall the business just feels kind of disorganized.

Experienced members on team have good industry experience and bring good perspective. Morale can feel low at times. Daily meetings to micromanage sales team.
