Since the new CEO came in, it feels like things have been heading in the wrong direction. Revenue hasn't really grown, but a lot of people have left, and there's been a noticeable dip in company culture. Quotas keep going up, comp keeps going down, and overall the business just feels kind of disorganized.

Good product but requires complex scoping and longer drawn out sales cycles given the product is industry agnostic. Experienced members on team have good industry experience and bring good perspective. Morale can feel low at times. Daily meetings to micromanage sales team.
