Not the best. Leadership is smoking something. They change quotas all the time and think buying tools is the solution. Nobody knows how things work and the easy solution is to fire someone and hire a replacement as a magical fix

The overall experience has been ok. The culture is toxic and the leadership promotes competition to make things worse. There is not a good vibe overall within the sales team
