Great experience working here, however the GTM function and awareness needs to improve. Too much reliance on sales led outbound efforts, as the compa y wants to scale aggressively.

Not the best. Leadership is smoking something. They change quotas all the time and think buying tools is the solution. Nobody knows how things work and the easy solution is to fire someone and hire a replacement as a magical fix
