Former Employee Great first sales job out of college! The amount of time and investment that they put into my development was what I’m so grateful for. This unfortunately can depend on the local leadership so not always the same at every office but overall they do a great job here. You have to be self motivated and work hard but if you bring that, they’ll give you the tools to be successful. Culture is strong, work hard/play hard environment. When you hit your goals, compensation and incentive trips make up for the entry level base salary. Last thing I’ll add, after a few years if it’s not for you, it really does open up a lot of doors for enterprise sales roles throughout several different industries.
