Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was good. Unfortunately Affinity has high employee turnover. AE Sales team is full of politics and the management tend to play favourites. Have witnessed favourite AE's getting better leads based on their relationship with the sales manager. Reps have been struggling to hit quota since q1 of 2023. Good steeping stone not a good place for growth.
