Affirm was a great experience. I think the culture really depends on the team you are on and which leader you are under. You are able to earn a lot of money with uncapped commission and good advances.

My experience was alright. They advertise uncapped earnings but very few reps hit target. I hit target but realized the company wasn't for me.

Lots of changing were happening internally when i first started, including changes in leadership. Was tough to navigate without having the proper leadership in place, but as time went on more resources were available to ensure success in the role. Great company, great mission, great leader. Great learning experience overall for an entry level SDR/BDR/BDA role. However, I've seen promotion paths to AE blocked even for top performing individuals. Company would rather hire external AEs than promote from within, so you can get stuck in the role for 2 or more years.
