Lots of changing were happening internally when i first started, including changes in leadership. Was tough to navigate without having the proper leadership in place, but as time went on more resources were available to ensure success in the role. Great company, great mission, great leader. Wish there would be more attention to detail on whats happening at the ground floor of the sales org. Overall, the experience was positive minus the bumps in the beginning.

Great learning experience overall for an entry level SDR/BDR/BDA role. However, I've seen promotion paths to AE blocked even for top performing individuals. Company would rather hire external AEs than promote from within, so you can get stuck in the role for 2 or more years.
