There have been several reorganizations but I believe they have served the company for the better. Leadership is much more supportive of sales than I have ever seen, and we are better supported by our cross functional partners. Culture wise, everyone cheers one another on and are all generally good people. Of course every company has flaws that are actively being worked on. Always room for improvement!

great brand and overall company culture. Compensation isn't always the best or predictable as your variable pay is dependant on merchant's production.
