Is it true that your annual quota is $360,000 per year and that NONE of your AE's have reached OTE of $130K? I heard best case was around $90k total?

Yes this is true: no one makes money here. New and very underqualified senior sales team that are on a hiring spree with a focus here in Austin (and Toronto). Inbound lead program is not large enough to feed the masses and quality MQLs are a rarity (and a joke). AEs act more like BDRs, are expected to put in excessive admin/reporting time, and scolded constantly by the management team who lack real leadership capabilities. Commission bands change to ensure you are never making good bank.

Yes. This is very accurate. Also, do check out the Linkedin page of this company. You will not find a single Sales rep in Canada/USA(there core market) that has been in this company for more than 2 years. Quiet surprising for a B2B SaaS company that was started in 2003. Sales bosses frequently micro-manage and bully the reps in company wide calls. And, they justify this action by saying "Sales is not for Faint Hearted".

This is very accurate. One AE in the UK hit his target. He's also been in the role for 5 years. Couple other people between the UK, Canada, and US hit $90-$100k USD but don't let anyone blow smoke about it being obtainable with the leadership and systems in place. The attrition was terrible because of the improbable ability to actually make money.

This is an inaccurate representation, most likely made by AE's who did not make it, or were there for a short time. Agility went through a considerable growth period on their sales team in 2021-2022, and while they didn't get all things right out of the gate in my experience with...an extended tenure with the company they have always been more than fair with commissions and incentives for employees overall. The commission bands are consistent year over year, AE's earn very well and during my many years of selling both new business and growth at Agility I consistently hit quota and overachieved-- as did my colleagues at that time. 
So the statements made in 2022 that people don't hit quota are inaccurate and I believe are made by  inexperienced sellers who think they should be highly paid and commissioned for below average work.
