Overworked and underpaid, the sister company of Agility PR Solutions pays 16k more starting salary plus bonuses for the same positions. As a Client Success Specialist, you'll be expected to do the work of a Client Success Relationship Manager (CSRM) however you do not receive any additional bonus pay for the hard work on your accounts, it goes all to the CRSMs. The Client Success team is way understaffed and undervalued, however they make up most of the profits for the company. Furthermore, they will pay people wildly different salaries for the same role and when you ask why upper management says it's because the person is more "mature".

Leadership team lacks a desire to learn and teach effective strategies. Other review sites negative reviews are pretty spot on about the culture there. The company would have potential if they could keep any of their good employees but everyone good was forced out or quit due to the toxicity.
