Current Employee Horrible organization, do not work here. If you interview and they mention “Capture team” run. Only competent management is in healthcare and education. They just tried to take PTO as a whole away from a team since employees werent fulfilling an asinine task that just complicated an already. Seems like they hire people on to build pipeline and then make conditions so horrible that the new hires leave before making any commission since the sales cycles average 18 months (which the recruiters lie about) so that the almost closed opportunities go to the senior reps or the directors themselves to save on commissions. They have everyone on below average salaries and are constantly trying to change remote work policies while allowing select individuals to continue working remote. They need to realize that without salespeople, theres noone to push their mediocre tech
