Great product and leader in the market. Biggest gripe is the CEO needs to take in some PE money so growth can go beyond 10%/year and we can take over as the 800lb gorilla in the marketplace. He's unwilling to do so and maintains too much control over decisions frankly and it impedes our ability to grow faster and make better business decisions.

Higher end of the pay spectrum for an SDR. Also getting 1% of ARR of closed deals you source which is uncapped so earning potential alone on that is high. SDR leadership is great and marketing does a good job of keeping quality leadflow throughout the year.
