My overall experience is average at AS. The culture is not great, a bit of "white boys club", the market fit is not great and it is hard to sell the solution while the average size of the deal is low. In the meantime, there is a high turnaround of people and ELT blaming AEs when something is not working. Sales driven org and not much attention to the product development and engineer roles

Continuing with hiring efforts while there is a shrinking opportunity for SDRs to hit quota. Senior reps are seemingly tired of what’s been going on, with a continued lack of support from higher ups.
