Good base pay, decent culture, and healthy compensation plan. It’ll be interesting to see how leadership and vision for the company changes, if at all, to tackle the challenges they faced in 2023. Former Employee3.6Apr 9, 2024Great desktop product. Competitive Pay. Market has high competition for analytic products, and AYX leadership could not take the pressure from the street / hit numbers which results in a buy out from a PE firm. Glad I worked there, learned a ton.
