Great culture for the most part in the large customer sales team. Some favoritism across all of advertising org. Hard work but reasonable for the compensation. If you are only working with existing clients, quota is often unattainable. Quota and compensation models are delivered after a new year/quarter has already started. 5 days a week in office monitored closely.
