Former Employee2.9Jan 8, 2025It was a good first job out of college with high earnings for my YOE, but very little incentive to sell as commission structure is poor. My new role you can easily 3x your base salary, when at Amazon I would get 25% of my base in additional commissions.

Current Employee4.4Jan 23, 2024The best culture within Amazon and has an evolving product portfolio. Sales team needs more marketing support and more insight into expense policy to succeed. Good support team of Account Managers but tools are hit or miss. Many bandaids in place but Data is strong.
