Former Employee Very complicated comp plan , lots of different rules that could or could not apply, changing goals, and so not very much people hitting their goals also there were no other incentives offered.
Huge company, many different departments that were not connected at all and very fractured, for employees though a very supportive company with lots of options to learn , also very inclusive and open to new ideas
