My overall experience at American Marketing & Publishing was great. I do think the base pay is lower than the market equivalent. Sometimes the products are not a great fit and do not achieve what they are set out to do. Management is generally good, but the nature of the role requires you to be in the field on your own 90% of the time. The initial training is great, however, there is not much ongoing training. I do not think the effort and time required to be successful is worth the compensation. The commission and bonus structure is not as lucrative as it could be.

Not a bad entry level sales experience if you are looking to really hustle. This is door to door, b2b. If you don't make quota one month, the next month you are on a PIP. This job does require a lot of travel.
