Friendly people and remote environment are the pluses but with all the horrible leads (non ideal client profiles) we're given to call, it takes hundreds and sometimes thousands of calls to finally land a meeting (unless the SDR gets an easier than usual client campaign to book for)

Great company culture but their systems need work. Plenty of technical issues. No real work/home balance and the pay could be a lot better for the workload. Overall the company culture and training is ok. Not bad for an entry level position to get some experience and move on.
