From my hire date 7 years ago, until today, it's been a journey filled with both business and life lessons learned. These years invested in Angi have resulted in tremendous personal and professional growth. The many highs and lows that come with a B2B sales role was only exaggerated by Angi's mergers, acquisitions and eventual spin off from IAC. Navigating all this was insightful, and fraught with challenges, but I survived and thrived despite these tumultuous times. Unfortunately I feel as though my time with Angi is coming to an end as the company is clearly prioritizing cost savings and profit over growth and new customer acquisition. This may be the last I review Angi, or maybe I'm lucky enough to see a renewed investment in it's salesforce and retaining it's top talent, those of us who remain. I can only hope.
