To get sales you must be lucky to have a manager who prospects for you, or buy leads from third party prospectors. Job was definitely worth it until the commission plan was changed and decreased by about 50%. Half my team has left within the past month.

Commission is huge if you can hit numbers well above your goal. Great training and positive reinforcement.
