Really tough job that can be fun and rewarding. Products tweaks and comp plan changes can be challenging. Currently, the product is probably the best it’s been, but lead quality has gone way down. Front-end comp has been cut by 75% and moved to retention. If you can grind on the phones all day, you can do well. You can’t keep your job if you make less $75k. Top reps are in the $200k+ range - probably 5-10%.

My overall experience at Angi was a net positive. Easy onboarding process, lofty quota. Easy remote work.

Provided leads go straight to voicemail or hang up on the mention of company name. To get sales you must be lucky to have a manager who prospects for you, or buy leads from third party prospectors. Job was definitely worth it until the commission plan was changed and decreased by about 50%. Half my team has left within the past month.
