Although I had much success reaching the top 10% of the company, the lack of inbound opportunies and terrible base and compensation structure makes it difficult to want to stay at this company. The lack of leadership is terrible and would only reccommend this job if someone had just started in sales.

Current Employee3.3Aug 14, 2024Provided leads go straight to voicemail or hang up on the mention of company name. To get sales you must be lucky to have a manager who prospects for you, or buy leads from third party prospectors. Job was definitely worth it until the commission plan was changed and decreased by about 50%. Half my team has left within the past month.

Thick skin & drive to push past surface level answers, are key requirements to be successful. It is tough to find a better group of people to work with.
