Current Employee We have great direct managers that support us in hitting our goals month over month. Unfortunately, there is no framework for promotion to AE or any other lateral move. The company tends to hire from outside the org rather than focusing on training from within.
The teams do however, work well together from a lower level and most colleagues are willing to help if you have any questions.
