Good product-market fit, but pricing is tough and competition is closing in. Leadership is questionable and sometimes will find ways to cut comp when people over perform. They just brought in a new sales leader and pushed through the first promotions only because of high turnover and bad reviews. Zero culture, no motivation, not a fun place to work. The only upside is the AEs - they’re strong and collaborative.

The product is strong and well differentiated. Pricing model and price point make it a hard sell. Lead flow isn't keeping up with team growth making outbound a larger part of the role. Quota only seems attainable if you have a whale in the pipeline which is far and few between.
