When I worked there in 2019, only 17% of reps hit quota and they were all tenured reps. You can ask if there are any customer accounts in the territory you'd be joining - they expand a lot easier than they land.

It's been 3 years since I was there, but I can tell you hitting OTE was not common.  We had reps over $1 M in earnings and probably 60% of reps making their base salary.  Last year I was there (2020), 8 reps over quota out of 150 worldwide.  Things may be different now, there are many, many senior executives that are different from Sales right now.  They may have dramatically reduced salesforce (I know they went through some layoffs).

Will take 2 years to build a greenfield territory. If you inherit install accounts you'll get on the board quicker.

Sector and geo make a difference. If you're FS, you'll succeed in shorter time. If you're Broad Markets, it's a slog.

Push for a nonrecoverable draw. Doubt they'll give it tho...

That's an accurate statement. To be candid and fair, this organization lacks leadership and direction, so hitting your number is very difficult without internal collaboration. I would look elsewhere from a career perspective.
