Former Employee Incredible culture. Terrible job. It reminds me of the scene in Fury where they're sitting in the take ready to die and they all commiserate and laugh over the line, "best job I ever had." It's an incredible crucible and opportunity to grow but no one is ever going to stay without a team for 5+ years. It's just not sustainable. Immensely grateful for the opportunity and would do it again in a heartbeat under the same conditions but will never do it again moving forward, at least not really. Might be fun to do in part. Nothing quite like door to door and nothing quite like the culture at Aptive. Training is top notch, no doubt about it.
