It’s focus is now commercial in monetisation of its customer base why failing to understand how the core value of its foundation offering holds to expand its NNL and existing customer white space while also remaining competitive.

The market for IRM/GRC is certainly saturated. The product is well known with positive and negative perceptions. The sales cycles are long and new business is certainly feast or famine.
