Good folks for the most part but the market fit for Large Enterprise still isn’t there based on the capabilities of the platform. Reputation is also a concern - there’s a ton of existing customer churn due to lack of overall efficacy.

Glory days were long gone when I came on board, during the interview they kept talking about how most of the SE were hitting quota this quota that. Company was not hitting the desired metrics and eventually eliminated the commercial team which I was a part of and then they combined it with the SMB team.

My overall experience has been really good. Have felt the normal mark constraints but leadership is reasonable. Can still hit and succeed but more difficult to do so than a few years ago.
