How is the startup AE role at Ashby?

are traditional large enterprises interested in this software? or smaller / tech-ish companies? curious on the upmarket activity and how the reps are doing. is there inbound interest in this segment?

Hey! Doesn't look like Ashby is currently hiring for this type of role, but for reps that work with current clients on upsells/growth, what is that typically called? AM or CS role (I know every company does it different).

What is the ratio of inbound/outbound leads in the ENT segment (doesn't have to be exact, just ballpark)?

What metric does Ashby use to determine market segmentation? Enterprise, Commercial, SMB? Revenue, number of employees, other?

The base pay doesn't track with their job posting. Is $180k base realistic for enterprise sellers at Ashby? Can anybody provide insight on how Ashby is able to differentiate in such a crowded space?

the base and OTE here looks higher than most companies i've seen. is this accurate? what are the deal sizes and is there good product market fit?
