Incredible product market fit, realistic & mature leadership, and customers that really appreciate the product that has been built. Momentum continues to build within the market, and Ashby continues to displace incumbent solutions art larger and larger organizations.

Commission is paid quarterly which doesn’t make sense for a company of Ashby’s size. OTE split is more generous than other companies, but hard to really over attain on comp plan since it’s quarterly not annual quota.
