Commission is paid quarterly which doesn’t make sense for a company of Ashby’s size. OTE split is more generous than other companies, but hard to really over attain on comp plan since it’s quarterly not annual quota.

Have been at Ashby to see the product move up market - landing large, mature customers and consistently displacing incumbent players. "Enterprise" level integrations, and the operational capabilities in the tool have been massive differentiators.

The base pay doesn't track with their job posting. Is $180k base realistic for enterprise sellers at Ashby? Can anybody provide insight on how Ashby is able to differentiate in such a crowded space?
