How do you feel about the company outlook with the new CEO in place? Has she or other leadership addressed the issues?

As someone currently unemployed looking in a tough market, I’m about to take anything I can get. Is this place really as bad as the ratings suggest? What’s the management like? Micromanagement and pip happy (with 17% quota attainment not sure they could be)? At least the base isn’t bad.

How would you describe the interview process for the role you applied for, and what should others expect, pros and cons, etc?
