company introduces changes in new FY but is extremely slow to transition. Quota takes almost 2 months to be released despite it taking effect at the start of the FY, new guidelines/territories are rolled out way after the quota has been released and even then not everything is clear. A lot of confusion and time is spent on internal clarifications.
