Products are well known but very expensive v other alternatives. Reps are penalised for existing licenses so you can end up working a lot and still make zero commission as you are in the negative due to non-renewals, reductions in scope, extensions in terms. Leadership does not know how to do the job and they are focused on close dates and commit numbers.

Company is clueless on TAM for the SMB market. Leadership is hired from outside, which stresses upward mobility. Company pays much lower than market rate.
