Reps are penalised for existing licenses so you can end up working a lot and still make zero commission as you are in the negative due to non-renewals, reductions in scope, extensions in terms. Leadership does not know how to do the job and they are focused on close dates and commit numbers.

Former Employee3.0May 28, 2025Would not recommend this place. Less than 20% of reps are hitting quotas. Average attainment is less than 60%. Quality inbound lead flow is non existent. Both territories and quotas are unevenly distributed. Positive is that product is decent and there are learning opportunities. Yearly SKO in the USA

Quota takes almost 2 months to be released despite it taking effect at the start of the FY, new guidelines/territories are rolled out way after the quota has been released and even then not everything is clear. A lot of confusion and time is spent on internal clarifications.
