Both territories and quotas are unevenly distributed. Positive is that product is decent and there are learning opportunities. Yearly SKO in the USA

Quota takes almost 2 months to be released despite it taking effect at the start of the FY, new guidelines/territories are rolled out way after the quota has been released and even then not everything is clear. A lot of confusion and time is spent on internal clarifications.
