Astronomer is bringing on a lot more reps, the marketing team is not keeping up the same lead flow per rep that they used to, but it is an easy value prop to get meetings for and outbound prospecting is not hard, only rating a 3 based on declining lead volume and intent.

The reps here definitely make $, and the product is great. I think product is strong and if we can go to market with the data ops platform - then we will be extremely successful and exit via strong sell or IPO. Like any playbook company - just be wary of overhiring / shrinking territories.
