Current Employee AM leadership is amazing, best in the entire sales department. If you are joining this company, join the AM team, NO OTHER!
Recent company wide move to hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days in office if you live within 60 miles of an office, 2 days in if you live within 30 miles. Offices are a monochromatic sea of cubicles… Depressing, deflating, overall horrible environment to work in that lowers productivity and drive.
Zero inbound lead flow for AMs. The role has turned into an AE/CSM hybrid where the goal post constantly moves and they give you a new ball to kick with each week.
Leadership is not focused on core business issues rather they are masters at putting bandaids on bullet holes. They have a track record of adding ARR to clients contracts via opt-out email campaigns that get buried in clients inboxes due to sheer volume of emails marketing blast to them under our individual addresses each week (smily and unethical). Obviously making the jobs of AMs harder.
Seems like there a concerted effort from management and product to sabotage reps ability to sell. Browse Other Reviews
