Current Employee I've worked here for a year. The company is decent, but fails to delivery on so much for sales. The expectation set is that we'd be getting leads to get us to earn quota. The leads are almost always cold and were originated years ago. The warm leads we get come from lead sources that do not exclusively advertise our products, so you're competing with our competitors off jump. HQLs are scarce the company gives them to the top agent directly and puts inbound leads in a chat on a first-come first-served basis. Commission can take 3 months to pay out.
Regarding policies: Benefits and time off are great here. The job is no longer fully remote for some of us. Employees who live within 60 miles of the office to drive to office on a hybrid schedule. Unfortunately, the company is not making consessions on this policy regardless of the cost or time commitment commuting to work on short notice causes for its employees. The company depends too much on a few employees unfortunately. In order to succeed here you'd have to work significant hours off the clock, already have business connections, all on an entry level salary. Browse Other Reviews
